Kripalu Gentle Yoga $50 for 4 week month or $62.50 for a 5 week month <OR> $15 Drop-In FEE)
Kripalu yoga is a gentle hatha yoga practice (physical postures or asanas) with a compassionate approach and an emphasis on breath, meditation, physical healing and spiritual transformation that overflows into daily life. In a Kripalu class, each student learns to find their own level of practice on a given day by looking inward. Sometimes called "an inquiry based" yoga, Kripalu yoga frequently asks you to check in with you body, your mind and simply notice. The class begins with a guided centering and breath work followed by gentle stretches leading into a flow of poses. The experience ends with the final pose of relaxation. Hand gestures or mudras and short periods of meditation are also part of the experience. Classes are theme based drawing in yoga philosophy and ideology.

Therapeutic Restorative Yoga (90 minutes / $20.00)
Therapeutic Restorative yoga is a form of gentle supported yoga that combines various healing modalities to create a safe and supportive environment. Classes begin with gentle movements to come into body sensation followed by breath work and a short meditation. We then enter into restorative postures with guidance and the use of props. All postures are entirely supported with a cushion, blankets, blocks (possibly a strap) and with the option of an eye pillow. Breathing techniques are offered along with poetry, ambient music and lavender essential oils to create space to restore and come back to ones natural state of relaxation and ease. Throughout the class each participant receives hands on assists to provide a gentle stretch and a sense of grounding. The vision is to hold space to be guided back to one's own center and sacred space within.

Partner Yoga (60 minutes / $60.00)
Ever done yoga with a partner? Do you know someone who wants to "try" yoga but just hasn't yet? This is a great way to introduce someone you know and love to yoga. Similar to Kripalu yoga, this class will begin with a centering and gentle stretching or pratapana to bring your mind, body and spirit into alignment. Bathe in breath work or pranayama and become more in tune to self, your external world and space around you. You will be guided into postures or asanas with your partner while paying close attention to their body as well as your own. Fine tune communication and trust with your partner through use of words, signals and sensation while having fun and hearing their laughter as well as your own.
Corporate Yoga (60 minutes / $150.00 <OR> 75 minutes / $175.00)
Corporate Yoga classes are a great way to improve workplace morale, increase productivity and bring everyone together to do something fun as a group. Yoga can be a welcome break to a busy work day or a relaxing way to de-stress at the end of the day. Benefits include:

Meditation Class (60 Minutes/$15 drop-in fee or $50 for a 4 week session)
One hour class includes centering with breathwork followed by a few gentle stretches / poses to prepare the body to comfortably sit in meditation. Using a chair for meditation is an option as well. Different styles of meditation will be offered each week including body scan, breath-based and BRFWA meditation, co-listening, mantra and mudra meditation, slow-motion prana meditation, metta or loving kindness meditation, iRest Yoga Nidra (see below for more information on this practice), expressive meditation (which is a movement type of meditation), walking meditation and tonglen meditation. There will be a poetry reading at the end with a brief period of time for journaling or reflections with the sangha or group members.

iRest Yoga Nidra is a form of Yoga Nidra; a guided meditation practice also known as "yogic sleep." iRest was developed by Dr. Richard Miller. It is simple to learn and easy to practice. Reiki (50 Minutes/$60.00)
Reiki is a technique was developed in Japan and is administered by the laying on of hands. It is based on the idea that all living things have a special energy flowing through them called life energy. When your life energy is high, you’ll feel strong and confident, be more relaxed and centered and less likely to get sick. When it is low, you’ll often feel tired, be more easily affected by stress and less resistant to illness. A Reiki treatment is a way of increasing your life energy. A practitioner will transmit Reiki to the client through the hands. The hands are lightly placed on or near the body in various positions around the head, shoulders, stomach and feet. Sometimes a practitioner will also treat above the body. A treatment can feel like a warm glowing radiance that flows through the body. It is a very relaxing experience and some clients report the body feeling heavy as it relaxes and yet the spirit or emotions feeling light at the same time. A treatment will usually release negative feelings or thoughts leaving the client feeling more positive, light hearted and with feelings of well-being.
Healing often takes place and people have reported recovery from minor things like headache, stomachache, bee stings etc., but also major illnesses have been affected with some people recovering from heart disease, cancer, leukemia etc. While almost everyone experiences relaxation and improvements of various kinds, healing results cannot be guaranteed. It is recommended that if one has an illness or other medical or psychological condition that in addition to getting Reiki treatments, clients also consult a licensed physician or other licensed health care professional as Reiki works well in conjunction with all medical or psychological care.
Small Yoga Classes <OR> Private Yoga class (60 minutes/$75.00) <OR> Semi-Private Yoga class (60 minutes/$50.00)

-Small Classes (minimum of 4 people; maximum of 5 or 6) ($15 per person /60 minute session)
-Private Yoga class offer more 1:1 attention as you practice and learn according to your needs and desires. This can include Kripalu yoga and Therapeutic Restorative yoga while incorporating breath work and meditation into the practice. ($75.00/ 60 minute session).
-Semi-Private yoga class (2 people) is offered using Kripalu yoga, Therapeutic Restorative yoga, Partner yoga or a combination of these yoga styles. Yoga with a close friend of family member allows more 1:1 attention and class practice according to your needs and desires. And it's really fun!
